This practical session takes you inside Claude, one of the leading AI platforms. Through live demonstration, Victoria Grech, LegalRM's Chief AI Officer will explore how to configure Claude for professional use, communicate with it effectively and make use of its key features.

She will also examine Claude’s approach to privacy and data, how its capabilities compare with other tools you may already be using, and the security, governance and appropriate-use considerations organisations should keep in mind.
