17 April 2026 – London UK and Boulder, CO - LegalRM today announces a series of strategic hires and organisational enhancements as part of its continued investment in scaling its information governance platform and supporting functions globally.

“We are entering a pivotal phase of growth at LegalRM,” said Chris Giles. “Our focus is not only on advancing our technology, but on building the structure, expertise, and operational maturity required to support our clients at scale.

We’ve been investing heavily in the next phase of LegalRM’s growth - not just in our technology, but in the people and structure that underpin how we deliver for our clients.

As the information governance landscape continues to evolve at pace, our focus is clear:
deliver best-in-class governance solutions, supported by scalable, transparent, and highly accountable delivery and support functions.

To support this, I’m delighted to welcome several new colleagues to LegalRM:

🔹 Stanley Gee - Director of Delivery
Stanley joins us from one of the largest legal technology professional services consultancies, where he led the EMEA consultancy team to deliver enterprise legal tech implementations. At LegalRM, he is responsible for our global delivery organisation across technical consulting, project management, partner management, and training.
A key focus will be establishing consistent delivery methodologies across both our internal teams and partner ecosystem — ensuring scalable, predictable implementations while enabling our partners to deliver independently against the same high standards.

🔹 Melda Ozkasim - Head of Support & Customer Success
Melda brings over five years of experience from the legal technology sector. She is leading the transformation of our support and customer success function — improving visibility, communication, and responsiveness, while also establishing user groups and a client advisory board to ensure we stay closely aligned with our clients’ evolving needs.

🔹 Victoria Grech - Chief AI Officer (Fractional)
Vicky is working with us on both product and organisational strategy as we embed AI into LegalRM. With over two decades of experience across technology, enterprise, and AI strategy, she is also an applied AI expert selected by the Council of Europe, contributing to CDNET on the governance of new and emerging technologies. Her focus at LegalRM is on building AI that is not only capable but governable, ensuring our clients can adopt AI with confidence.

🔹 Naomi Aldridge - Marketing Assistant
Naomi joins to support Denise Prior and our global marketing efforts - strengthening how we engage with both prospects and clients and playing a key role in supporting our growing customer community initiatives.

🔹 Denys Bilynskyy - Junior Technical Consultant
With a background as a full stack developer, Denys brings strong technical capability into our implementation team, further strengthening our delivery capacity and data migration expertise.

🔹 Peter Lamb - Canadian Business Development Manager
Based in Toronto, Peter joins us to lead client relationships and business development across Canada and the wider North American market, working alongside Kandace Donovan. As the former CIO of two of Canada’s largest law firms, Peter brings deep industry experience and relationships.

🔹 Azure Infrastructure - George Hilton & Nick Kirov

We have also formalised our Azure infrastructure capability, led by George and Nick, to ensure our client environments are secure, scalable, and high-performing - while also enabling faster provisioning of development and sandbox environments.

These additions reflect a deliberate investment in:
• Scalable, standardised delivery across internal teams and partners
• Stronger, more responsive client support and engagement
• Operational maturity, transparency, and accountability
• Responsible and practical adoption of AI

All of which are critical as we continue to support law firms and professional services organisations in managing their information governance obligations with confidence.

Importantly, this is not the end of our investment - it is the beginning.

These hires represent the foundational building blocks that will enable us to scale with confidence, while also strengthening how we work with and enable our partners - ensuring they can deliver independently for their clients, whilst aligned to consistent LegalRM methodologies and standards.

Our ambition remains clear:
To continue building the leading information governance platform for professional services firms globally.

We’re proud of the progress so far - and even more excited about what comes next.”
